Frequent questions


Please send us an email to info@calabellanerja.com specifying the kind of apartment and dates you are interrested in and we will be pleased to answer to your requests as soon as possible. Alternatively you can phone us calling (+ 34) 952 52 10 88 on our reception opening times.

Our reception is placed on the first floor of our building and it opens every day from 10:30 to 13:30 except Sundays and holidays.

As far as it is free for the dates requested,you will be welcome to choose the apartment you like most.

ou will be kindly asked to pay the 20% of the total amount as deposit.No booking will be confirmed if this deposit is not paid.Deposits are non refundable in case of cancellation of your booking or not turning up.They cannot be re-used for other bookings.You will be welcome to pay the outstanding amount once you are at your apartment.

You can either use your credit card VISA/MASTERCARD or cash (in euros) as far as the amount is under 1.000,00 €.

You will find all the details about the key collection in the confirmation of your booking.

We have to inform you that the old part of Nerja is closed to traffic,so you will not be able to reach us by car.

Calabella hasn´t got a private garage.Therefore if you come by car you will have to leave it in any of the neighbouring streets or use one of Nerja´s parkings. Balcón de Europa Underground Parking is at just 2 minutes walking distance from Calabella and there is another open air parking (Carabeo´s) which is just round the corner.

We will be pleased to arrange a taxi or minibus to pick you up at Málaga central station or airport. We will only need your flight /train details and arrival time and the driver will be waiting for you.We can also arrange the way back from Calabella.

Although we love all kinds of pets,we must inform you that they are not allowed in Calabella.
